fix(console): Group enablement bugs

Description

• Group onboarding being skipped for team onboarding selection in Console when coming in fresh, not from a group invite;
• Colour of authentication group invite screen in dark mode is off;
• Update payment failure notification shows up when removing unused seats to current level of members in the group. When page refreshes the notification goes away.
• OAuth image upload, when not making changes to the image, the submission fails. Forces user to always upload a new image on all Save events.
• Team & Contacts, (change e-mail operation / connect new e-mail) allowed for non-paid admin group user. Should be disabled.
• Deleting an app, for a non-paid admin group user, results in 'unknown error' as opposed to 'unauthorized'
