Some places contain hard coded links to the webprotege server. This appears in some end user facing places (e.g. in comments).

Specifically, on export webprotege generates a comment annotation on the ontology

This ontology was generated from an ontology revision in webprotege. See http://webprotege-beta.stanford.edu
