- Fixes up `make distclean` and `make maintainer-clean` - Fixes the build so make is more likely to notice if one of those files is stale/missing.

This should get everything back into a state where
make distcleanis complete, andmake maintainer-cleanfollowed by agit status --ignoredshows nothing (but the gmock download) left behind.
