Version

1.38.5

Operating system type + version

Linux Ubuntu 16.04, kernel 4.13.0-32-generic - LANG=pt_BR.UTF-8

Behavior

Problem
When saving presets - either Print, Filament or Printer - the "Save preset" dialog shows incorrect characters if preset name contains non-US characters. Example: Filament preset named "Verde limão" (Brazilian Portuguese); when clicking on save icon, "Save preset" dialog shows "Verde limão". Correcting the name and saving works fine. Previous release - 1.37.2 - doesn't exhibit this behavior.

How to reproduce

  1. Select any Print, Filament or Printer profile.
  2. Click save icon and use a non-US character on description - "ã", for instance.
  3. Click save icon again on the new profile - "Save preset" dialog should show a wrong description.
  4. Correct description and proceed with saving. It'll save preset with the right description.

Thanks for the report. It has been fixed with 36bbd6a and it will be part of the 1.39.1-alpha.
