Fixing editor's style and README.md

Editor's style was looking for image files in the wrong folder. Now this issue is fixed. Besides that README.md was out of date as well.

Enabling image resizing with mouse

This release adds a new feature that allows the user to resize an image. This feature has the same behaviour on Chrome, IE11, Firefox and Safari.

Fixing resize feature

Tested on Chrome, Firefox, Safari and IE 11. It is properly handled by all this browsers. Besides that, now resizing down makes the window scroll with it when the cursor is near the bottom.

Alternative to insertHtml command

This release circumvents the fact that IE10 and IE11 does not give support to insertHtml command. This workaround has been tested on Firefox, Safari, Chrome and IE10/11.
