Remove (outdated) version from flasgger base template

Remove the version displaying element from the base template used by flasgger. The version there was outdated, and keeping it up-to-date would be an unnecessary maintenance effort. JavaScript automatically displays the correct version once the page is loaded anyway (and it doesn't work without JavaScript).
