Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Once the upload queue starts processing image files, its operation is controlled by a set of parameters (times in ms):

interval: 2000
timeout: 5000
retry: 5
retryInterval: 10000

Use these as defaults, but also allow them to be overridden via optional command line parameters:

--upload-interval
--upload-timeout
--upload-retries
--upload-retryInterval
