How to add a particular Snap Filter: [Wild Eyes Lens]

I installed the Snap Chat Server and I can see Jaku's filters, however I need to use this filter, which is not cached on my computer. Can you please help me to access to it on my snap cam?

Here is the lens file, but I can not give instructions or assistence to add it:
Wild Eyes Lens.zip

This lens is most likely to work in the next server release, so you could just wait for the update.
