update .tt section

Hi,

The list should be as follows:

•	co.tt
•	com.tt
•	org.tt
•	net.tt
•	biz.tt
•	info.tt
•	pro.tt
•	name.tt
•	mil.tt
•	gov.tt
•	edu.tt
 

So add mil.tt and remove int.tt, coop.tt, jobs.tt, mobi.tt, travel.tt, museum.tt, and aero.tt

The difference seems to be mil.tt and charity.tt.

For charity.tt, it is in the website however they haven't requested for it to be included on the PSL as per the original email, I will confirm with them that it should not be added.

Update: They have confirmed they do not want charity.tt included on the PSL.
