This repository contains custom code used for single cell RNA-sequencing analysis and visualization in Manoranjan B et al., Nature Communications (2020).
The RNA-Seq data discussed in this publication have been deposited in NCBI’s Gene Expression Omnibus and are accessible through GEO Series accession number GSE131473. The scRNA-seq data have been deposited in CReSCENT (https://crescent.cloud/; CRES-P22) and processed data is uploaded on Broad Institute Single Cell Portal https://singlecell.broadinstitute.org/single_cell/study/SCP840.
