Update plugins to new config API and logging

// Use this:
const CONF = PurrplingBot.getConfiguration();
// Instead of:
const CONF = require("../.../config.json");

Important logger.log() make as logger.info(). logger.log() in for DEBUG purposes.

Eliminate mumblebox config loading directly in plugin. Use @import in main config file and propagate mumblebox conf by PurrplingBot.getConfiguration();
