update docs for new location models

We need to update the docs following @erinrolson's addition of the LSCP-B model (#259).

• add to Tutorials list
• add to API docs
• add to References

This is accomplished through updating docs/tutorials.rst, docs/api.rst, and docs/_static/references.bib.

And we need the same with the current PR for the p-Dispersion model (#268).
