docs: Added android 14 fix in readme prior to #1206

Description

For the newly released Android 14 update Termux's MPV intent seems to fail to execute unless you install the termux-am package as confirmed by me and these issues:

• ani-cli on android does not open anime in mpv #1206
• [Bug]: termux-setup-storage does not work on Android 14 termux/termux-app#3647 (comment)
