3.11 is now security fix only: https://devguide.python.org/versions/

I think doc changes do get backported to security fix branches.

Documentation in security-only versions doesn't get rebuilt automatically. We rarely accept doc fixes for those versions. Since this PR is already there, I'll merge it, but usually, we wouldn't bother to backport.
