Remove Any from array.pyi

I've changed:

• count: https://docs.python.org/3/library/array.html#array.array.count
• remove: https://docs.python.org/3/library/array.html#array.array.remove

It only makes sense to count and remove elements of the item type T. For example, I think that array[int].remove('a') should be a type error.

list works this way:

• count:

  typeshed/stdlib/builtins.pyi

  Line 800 in b119ff2

  def count(self, __value: _T) -> int: ...

• remove:

  typeshed/stdlib/builtins.pyi

  Line 802 in b119ff2

  def remove(self, __value: _T) -> None: ...
