This commit bumps the docs theme version to get support for deeper nesting on the nav bar. It increases the ToC depth to 3, and hides the ToC from the intro page to avoid redundancy. New headings were added to the high-level API docs to take advantage of the increased ToC depth.
This commit adds the basic tutorial to the documentation. It is converted into a Sphinx-readable (docutils) format using the `recommonmark` package.

This PR tweaks the docs layout slightly, and introduces a basic tutorial, which can also be run interactively using directxman12/yalpt, with some help from
gssapi-console (see pythongssapi/gssapi-console@dabb66d).
