Description

The GPU tests on self hosted runner don't work as expected.
Have spent half a day and not solved it completely

Disabling till I figure out the problem

could we please create a tracker issue to document issues with CI and plan to address them? Things feel very red and I'm not really sure what's a real problem vs a flake at this point
