weird column display

I'm getting a weird gray box added to some of my columns. This has been an issue for a long time. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have tried removing all columns and re-adding them but no luck. I have also tried completely uninstalling qbittorrent and reinstalling but the same thing happens with the columns.
