qbittorrent.pdb file is not needed on WIndows

Program database (PDB) is a file format (developed by Microsoft) for storing debugging information about a program

qbittorrent.pdb is not needed to run qbittorrent.exe except you are developer that doesn't have the source code, so I think it is safe to remove it in

It's needed to get a meaningful stacktrace in case of crash e.g. #20576 (comment) without it you'd get something like #18445 (comment) which is useless. You can delete it but don't report any crashes you may get because you'll just waste your time.
