Description of the Change

LLVM, LLD -> 17.0.6. WasmEdge -> to the version with corresponding LLVM and LLD

Benefits

  • Fresh LLVM and LLD. Can be built with the most recent apple command line tools
  • Reduced amount of LLVM targets leading to faster compile time and smaller kagome binary

Possible Drawbacks

None
