Export on Save

To make it easier to work with markdown based wikis that do not support embedded PlantUML (e.g. Azure Devops Services, github), I suggest to add following features:

• Option to Export on Document Save
• Option exportBesideDocument to export diagrams in the same folder as the PlantUML source code

With that you can simply edit and save your .plantuml files. The diagrams will be rendered when you save and you can check in the generated .pngs together with your .plantuml files.

You probably want to remove the changes that are specific to your fork (for example the package renaming, the changelog, any references to your fork, etc) and narrow this down to just the changes that will enable export on save.
