Honestly, I'm actively opposed to this. This is not a wilba tech board, it shouldn't be using wilba tech code.

And we shouldn't have allowed this sort of stuff in the first place.

At the very least, RGB Matrix support should also be added to the board, so that either implementation can be supported, with this block moved to the VIA's rules.mk file instead.
