Support for the chibios fallback i2c bitbang driver.
Supports drivers I2CD1-4

Note: WB32 will not build because of misconfiguration in LLD. See ChibiOS/ChibiOS-Contrib#389
Note 2: KINETIS, RP2040 are missing the inclusion code in LLD. Fixed with ChibiOS/ChibiOS-Contrib#390

update: Chibios-Contrib side fixes have been merged. This should now build with a submodule sync.
