Bare minimum to update to woohoolabs/yin:^4.0 (#16)

* Updated composer packages to latest versions

* Rewrote QP\WoohoolabsYinBundle\Request\Request.

extend WoohooLabs\Yin\JsonApi\Request\JsonApiRequest instead of implementing WoohooLabs\Yin\JsonApi\Request\JsonApiRequestInterface

* Revert bump of phpspec version

* fixed typo + preemptively added major version bump.
