Is-it possible to use the lanchain4j local-ai connector ?

You can add:

            <dependency>
                <groupId>dev.langchain4j</groupId>
                <artifactId>langchain4j-local-ai</artifactId>
            </dependency>

and manually instantiate LocalAiChatModel and the rest
