Summary

Releases 1.5.0.Beta9 as I need to get Windows fix to the Quarkus QE Test Suite.

Release contains:

• Bump quarkus.platform.version from 3.12.0 to 3.12.1 #1193
• Workaround Groovy conflicts in Debug examples as daily build is failing #1196
• Fix NPE on Windows during certificate generation as File path separator differs to actual one #1197

Please check the relevant options
