A few OIDC authorization code tests expect a form post response from Keycloak (typically it is a redirect from Keycloak back to Quarkus - but in this case Keycloak would return an HTML page, which, upon loading, would post a form payload to Quarkus - we test to support Apple and other providers which require it by default).

HTML Unit 4.7.0 automates this process.
