This PR fixes #130 by removing /ALERT monitoring of P5V0_MP.

It was found that, due to hardware limitations described in sinara-hw/Booster#366, the /ALERT output may trigger unexpectedly. Additionally, the current protection limits provided by P5V0_MP monitoring do not protect downstream devices. As such, removing this monitor is appropriate until future hardware revisions can be made.
