When an email is sent by RBE, the "From" field by default uses the site's name, perhaps manipulate this to use the member who is sending the email.

Basecamp does this.

Interesting idea. Really, this is a feature suggestion for BP itself,
since pretty much all BP notification emails (and BP Group Email
Subscription emails) come from a specific person. Maybe something like:

Boone Gorges [CUNY Academic Commons]

Good call about this being a BP feature.

I don't think we need to append the sitename since the subject line already has the site name prepended to it.

I'm flip-flopping. Since RBE is doing the email header manipulation anyway, it makes sense to do this in RBE at least for now.
