Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

On the RabbitMQ Management page, there is a property "effective_policy_definition" but it not included in the QueueInfo class.

Describe the solution you'd like

The RabbitMQ REST API returns "effective_policy_definition", so I think just add this property to QueueInfo should be OK.

Describe alternatives you've considered
