The available cache can be used and shall be optional.
Reloading the cache can take "a few seconds - a minute", that's bad, but when having it the tool works a bit faster.

Added from issue MscrmTools/MscrmTools.Xrm.Connection#135 in pull request MscrmTools/MscrmTools.Xrm.Connection#136 and going on a bunch more PRs.

Updated settings:

Use Metadata Cache

Possible to load cache in the background, or when opening FXB in "frontground".
