How to avoid fees for Set Approval for All with lazy selling? #164

Hi! On my platform, while putting NFT on sale from Rarible Eth SDK, I see that I am being charged gas fees for Set Approval for All while lazy minting and selling on Rinkeby. Is there a way to avoid that? |

I used Rarible's ERC1155 contract (0x1AF7A7555263F275433c6Bb0b8FdCD231F89B1D7) on Rinkeby. |
