graphing release (fixed)

Same as prior release but with a bugfix for a crash that was affecting users with non . decimal separator.

I've tried a simple .zip file this time, no install needed, just unzip somewhere and run ratbuddyssey.exe. If it doesn't work, please let me know and I'll do it the same way as before, there's really no need to install such a small program though.

Added graphing functionality for each individual measurement point on each channel. Smoothing options at the bottom. It picks 5-200hz or 15-20khz scale automatically for all known channel types, if your subwoofer doesn't automatically shift to 5-200hz scale please send me your .ady file.
