Most of WHO is in, either the US interpretation within CDC or the pure form in the UK version for the infants and small children.
The actual WHO 2006 publication goes up to 5 y, and the publication the following year runs from 5-19y for height and BMI, 5-10y for weight. There is no WHO data > 5y for head circumference.
