Pass through warnings from dGC API

The Digital Growth Charts API returns warnings if values for height and weight exceed expected ranges (by standard deviation).

At the moment these are logged to the console but I'd argue they should be data validation errors. They have been calibrated against datasets of real measurements so false positives are very unlikely. For CSV uploads anyway we'd still store the underlying data anyway.
