Pre-release

• It's recommended to use the msi installer for now.
• Portable install is now only for windows 11 and some windows 10 users.
• Portable is still unstable. Use the msi at the if you encounter problems.
• Feel free to report if you encounter any issues.

Tested on Windows 11 with NVIDIA RTX2060
