Lots of opportunity for things to do; meet others interested in decentralization tech, write blog posts, implement some decentralized solution to a problem you have, host lightning talks, eat food; whatever people would be down for! I'm regularly working on some decentralization-related side projects, so anything from just "a couple of us hanging out" to a medium-sized unconference would be doable.
