Issue to track work for publishing a new release of odo at the end of Sprint 244.

• Target release process start date: Aug 22, 2023
• Errata date (when we expect the binaries to be published): Aug 24, 2023
• Version: v3.14.0
• OCP Version: 4.13
• Once release is done, make sure link to download latest points to this new version: https://developers.redhat.com/content-gateway/rest/mirror/pub/openshift-v4/clients/odo/latest/

To mention in release notes:

• odo dev UI out of the experimental mode
• New architectures field in odo analyze -o json output (see odo init filters devfile stacks by supported architectures #7004 (comment))
• odo registry --filter is now a comma-separated list of terms for filtering, and search is done using a logical AND against the name or description or supported architectures of the Devfile Stacks (see odo init filters devfile stacks by supported architectures #7004 (comment))

Notes:

• Skip Bugzilla issue requirement in the release process script #7040
• The docs team wants to start testing a process for optional docs approval on advisories. A pilot will start in early July. Check if this release can leverage this process to validate it.
• A draft PR will be generated by the @github-actions bot when a new GitHub Release is created (it can be a pre-release). This PR will contain all the necessary changes (build/VERSION, blog post, release notes, ...).
