As mentioned in IJ OpenShift redhat-developer/intellij-openshift-connector#772

Current Upstream Helm CLI is 3.14.3 (https://github.com/helm/helm/releases) and adds new features whereas Red Hat OpenShift mirror is still on 3.12 ( and is currently broken, see redhat-developer/intellij-openshift-connector#748
