Bumps github.com/spf13/cobra from 1.6.0 to 1.6.1.

Release notes

Sourced from github.com/spf13/cobra's releases.

v1.6.1

Bug fixes 馃悰

  • Fixes a panic when AddGroup isn't called before AddCommand(my-sub-command) is executed. This can happen within more complex cobra file structures that have many different inits to be executed. Now, the check for groups has been moved to ExecuteC and provides more flexibility when working with grouped commands - @鈥媘arckhouzam (and shout out to @鈥媋awsome, @鈥媋ndig and @鈥婯INGSABRI for a deep investigation into this! 馃憦馃徏)

Hi @dependabot[bot]. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a redhat-openshift-ecosystem member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

I understand the commands that are listed here.
