Ready for the 1.16 Nether Update
Added crafting recipes for crimson/warped planks, slabs, stairs, fences, fencegates, pressure plates, signs, buttons, doors, trapdoors, stems and hyphaes, netherite block and ingots, soul torch, lantern, target block, respawn anchor, lodestone, chiseled nether bricks, quartz bricks, soul campfire, every blackstone related block and chain.
Updated every crafting recipe which has any type of log, plank or slab as an ingredient to check for the new crimson/warped stems, planks and slabs.
Added a command for operators to change the internal cooldown of the automated crafts:
/scoreboard players set #mcr_0 mcrac_cooldown 200
