Graphical core shuffler for Simulate3 output files to generate next-cycle input files.

Drag and drop in the subsections to shuffle existing assemblies,
Doubleclick an assembly in a subsection, If the clicked rod is not silicide it will replace it with the new rod selected in new rod fields If the clicked rod is silicide it will change it to whatever non-silicide rod which would be shuffled there
