chore: update sonner (toast)

Type of change

Component update; no interface changes and all tests passed. However, I don't see a ton of existing tests for toast/sonner, just:

test_state.py:from reflex.components.sonner.toast import Toaster

New Feature Submission:

• Have you added an explanation of what your changes do and why you'd like us to include them?
