Bypass button and duration setting

Add a bypass button to turn on or turn off the vacuum independently.
Add a potentiometer to set the switch off delay between 1s and 5s

First version

Switch on the vacuum after a delay (1s) to prevent current draw and switch off it after another delay (3s) to suck up the remaining chips/sawdust.
