Bump got and slnodejs in /app

Removes [got](https://github.com/sindresorhus/got). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [slnodejs](https://github.com/nadavye/SL.OnPremise.SLNodeJS.Typescript). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `got`

Updates `slnodejs` from 4.0.294 to 6.1.248
