  • add repo url and license expression
  • updated a fef package descriptions
  • remove obsolete source link references (included in .NET 8.0)
  • updated 3rd party oss licenses
  • for packages made by GitHub Actions:
    • deterministic build is enabled
    • pdb files are generated to separate symbol packages snupkg

  • Other (docs, build config, etc)
