  • added support for Bluesky for author socials
  • updated the community page to include Bluesky and the new community blog
  • added a community section to the blog, so now there is Official, Community, and Archived sections.

I'm still working on the first blog post, but I wanted to get a draft PR to get visibility on the structure while I write it up.

@jderochervlk is attempting to deploy a commit to the ReScript Association Team on Vercel.

A member of the Team first needs to authorize it.

Very nice!

Some minor nits:

  • It is Bluesky, not BlueSky.
  • Twitter is just X now. When you update to the current master you'll see that I mentioned it was previously Twitter, but we should not need to mention it everywhere we link to X, I think.

Other than that one idea that came to my mind is to include an URL to the original blogpost, e.g. if the author posted it on their personal blog first.

I re-synced my fork from master and things should be good now. I'll add in a link to the original post in the blog template.

You can use ReScript anywhere you can use JavaScript

Well, almost. The compiler is breaking reactivity unfortunately so I am not sure we can put that statement on the website, even if it's the community blog.

E.g.: Fattafatta/rescript-solidjs#14

JSX isn't technically JavaScript, so does that impact this statement? I think this also by nature excludes non JS files like svelte and vue.
