I have found a problem with the validation of full chain decay example. It seems that after updating to the new materials repository the number of daughters seems to be 15 instead of 17.
This was a bit strange, the isotopes seem to be the same, but there are excited states that change.

I will change the value so that the pipeline passes (See PR #70), but this might require to have a deeper look inside.
