Do so only for restyled-io/demo for now.
We're only installed on demo, and only with dev and prod. Update installation id on those and get rid of the rest.

This is the next step in pushing users to the GitHub Action flow. Soon we'll emit
error statuses on PRs with links to documentation for converting. This PR puts
that in place, but doesn't use it outside of
restyled-io/demofor now.
