Issue: Some how my account has gotten unverified. I have been mining for over a year now and just upgraded the coding to the 4.0 version. why has my account went to unverified???????

I have some how add a second account with the username: Gtanaka6 How do I get this one deleted so I can verify my miners on my original account?

Username: Gtanaka6 Some how I have created a second account with the above username. How do I go about deleting or closing this account? It is preventing me from verifying my actual account Please help.
